18. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- 18.1 Any dispute or grievance remaining unresolved for a period of over 30 (thirty) business days, post exhausting grievance redressal mechanism, may be resolved by referring such disputes to the Data Protection Board (the “DPB”) as may be notified by the Government of India in this regard.
